We intend to create quality “spaces”, with value, identity, where everything happens, where everything is present. What starts as an undifferentiated space, becomes a PLACE as we get to know it better and complement it with value. “Space becomes a place as it acquires definition and meaning”.
Our aim is to converge with a characterized, lively and culturally based architecture, where new and old cities, in order to be sustainable, must be full of urban interest and housing vitality. Cities that welcome the growing need for more housing, increased life expectancy, the development of work and leisure at home.

CASA M1

The use of low environmental impact material in buildings, with a sustainable architecture, aims at the construction of quality housing units, offering standards of technology and equipment, based on new ways of building. The materialization of the construction and housing policy encourages the requalification and enhancement of urban and rural centers, promoting an orderly settlement of populations. House M1 is an example of rural rehabilitation.

CASA HABITAT 01

Practical, simple and dynamic, these are the characteristics that define TCS habitat 01. The project highlights the care with the optimization of spaces, integration and ambience. It is intended to show that it is possible to live in comfort, quality, design and even refinement, all of this economically and in small spaces. Of great functional objectivity, the kitchen and the living room were interconnected, allowing a greater range of space; a runner; a bathroom and two bedrooms. It is intended to support solutions that meet the basic needs of social housing, integrating concepts of economy, performance, quality and comfort.

The neighborhood, the district, the community and the infrastructure networks are the essential elements for the development and reinforcement of the housing “space”. Many daily activities must take place at distances accessible to pedestrian traffic, especially in view of the needs of the elderly, young people and women.
It is important, within the neighborhoods, a significant presence of different types and prices of housing, promoting the establishment of different ages and incomes in the daily life of daily relationships, reinforcing civic and citizenship behaviors. Economic health and the harmonious evolution of neighborhoods and communication networks must be programmed and implemented with demanding codes of urban parameters that support the dissemination of modern standards required by the population and an efficient public management.

It is vital for the growth and economic development of all countries that all children must go to school and receive quality education that gives them the knowledge and skills that will enable them to lead healthy and productive lives, contributing actively to the development of the Nation.
We will have to expand investment in the education system to ensure the infrastructure and teachers that are needed to give all children access to quality education, regardless of where they reside.
The provision of necessary and adequate education infrastructure, both in terms of quantity and quality, will also be a major challenge. Most educational infrastructure in Africa is precarious and basic. So there is still a long way to go until all schools are equipped with modern and adequate classrooms and facilities.
