The NBNS GROUP began its activity over 18 years ago, when it developed, in conjunction with its partners in Canada, an ICF construction technology, based on simplicity and more efficient methodologies for construction. As it grew its in-house architectural and engineering teams, it took on design contracts and it later started conceptualizing its own urban development projects, customised for specific regions in Africa and South America, and in partnership with local governments and with key financial partners, always keeping faithful to its commitment towards environmental, social and economic sustainability for the local communities.
